Shipping & Returns
We ship most orders via USPS. UPS or FedEx shipping is available upon request, however, additional fees will likely apply to orders shipped via UPS or FedEx. We will ship to any destination worldwide, however, our free shipping applies only to destinations within the USA. You may contact us for a shipping quote.

Due to rapidly changing inventory, an item may be out of stock even though the website indicates that it is available. If for some reason your item is not available or on backorder, you will be notified via e-mail.
You may return any item for any reason within two weeks of receipt for a refund, exchange or credit. Please contact us immediately if your item did not arrive in perfect condition or if we sent you the wrong item. In that event, you will be eligible for replacement or refund. If you opt for replacement, we will immediately send out your replacement item along with a postage paid return shipping label for the defective/wrong item. If you decide to receive a refund, we will e-mail you a postage paid return shipping label, and a refund will be issued to your credit card or PayPal account immediately upon our receiving the item back in our possession. We will pay for the return shipping if a mistake was made on our part or if the item was defective or damaged. If you wish to return an item for any other reason, the item must be in its original package and in resalable condition, and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please contact us to make arrangements for refund, exchange or credit on all return merchandise. If an item is returned to us without prior arrangements, we reserve the right to decline your refund, exchange or credit. Refunds and credits on all eligible returns will be issued immediately upon receipt of the retuned item. Exchanges will be shipped on the next business day after receipt of the retuned item.
If an item is returned that has been used, no refund or credit will be issued. Special orders and sale items may not be returned unless defective or damaged during shipping. Items returned by the shipper because of an incorrect address provided by the Customer may incur additional reshipping fees.
