His top hat is black and white plaid gingham with a pinecone and greenery tucked in the hatband. His scarf is the same black and white gingham. The snowman is against a blue background. Across the snowman’s body, the message reads, “Welcome” in black script. His smiling face is complimented with rosy cheeks.
